本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社Revolution Plus（以下「当社」）が提供する広告掲載サービスの利用条件を定めるものです。サービスをご利用の場合、本規約に同意いただく必要があります。

当社は、Webサイト上の指定された広告スペースを月額固定で広告主に提供します。各スペースの詳細・空き状況はサービスサイト上でご確認いただけます。

• 広告掲載費用は月額固定です
• クレジットカード（PAY.JP）または銀行振込でのお支払い
• 承認後24時間以内にお支払いが必要です
• 期限内に確認できない場合は予約が自動キャンセルとなります

当サービスは、広告のクリック数・インプレッション数・コンバージョン等の成果を保証するものではありません。掲載「場所」を提供するサービスです。

以下のコンテンツを含む広告は掲載をお断りします。

• 日本国内・広告主所在国の法令に違反するもの
• 未成年者への性的コンテンツを含むもの
• 詐欺・フィッシングを目的とするもの
• 当社が不適切と判断したもの

当社側の技術的トラブルにより掲載表示に支障が生じた場合のみ全額返金対応いたします。予約キャンセルはマイページより申請いただき、2〜3営業日以内に指定口座へ返金します。

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更する場合があります。

These Terms of Service govern the use of the advertising space rental platform operated by Revolution Plus, Inc. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

We provide fixed monthly advertising space rental on designated web properties. Available placements and details can be viewed on the service site.

• Advertising fees are billed on a fixed monthly basis
• Payment via credit card (PAY.JP) or bank transfer
• Payment required within 24 hours of approval
• Reservations are automatically cancelled if payment is not received in time

We do not guarantee clicks, impressions, or conversions. We provide access to ad space ("digital property"), not performance outcomes.

The following content is not permitted:

• Content violating applicable laws
• Sexual content involving minors
• Fraudulent or phishing-related content
• Content deemed inappropriate by the administrator

We may update these Terms at any time.
